Refund Policy

  • Unopened packs should be returned to the original place of purchase:

    When returning a Quilton pack in its original, unopened packaging, please ensure that you return it to the same store where you originally purchased it from.
    We do not refund unopened packs however the store may issue a refund or exchange in accordance with their policy.

  • Full or partial refunds/reimbursements for faulty products:

    We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. If you receive a faulty product, we will issue a full or partial refund/reimbursement upon receipt of supporting documentation. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or batch code and photographic evidence of the product fault.

    All claims are to be made online at quilton.com.au/feedback.

  • Refunds are in the form of Coles or Woolworths digital voucher:

    Once your refund request has been approved, we will issue a refund in the form of a Coles or Woolworths digital voucher. The maximum reimbursement will equal the retail value of one pack of the faulty product.

  • Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval:

    Please note that submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. We may need additional information to support your claim and will reach out to you if necessary. We reserve the right to deny any refund requests that do not comply with our policy. Once we have reviewed your request and supporting documents, we will inform you of the outcome – whether it is approved, denied, or if we require more information.
