- Is Quilton Toilet Tissue safe for all toilet systems?
Yes, Quilton Toilet Tissue is safe for any toilet system when a regular amount of tissue is used.

- Can I use Quilton Toilet Tissue or Facial Tissue as a cloth to wipe my spectacles or other hard surfaces?
Although many of our customers use our products for this purpose, we actually don’t recommend using any Toilet or Facial Tissues to wipe your spectacles or other hard surfaces.
- Do Quilton’s Toilet Tissue products have different sheet counts?
Yes. The sheet count is 180 sheets for a standard Quilton roll and 360 for a Double Length Roll, and 540 for a Triple Length Roll.
- Why can’t I find your products in my local supermarket?
If you can’t find a particular Quilton product at your local supermarket, we’d love to assist. Simply email us at info@abctissue.com or call our Customer Service Department on (02) 8787 2222 and let us know the name of the supermarket or store where you buy your groceries.
- Can I buy products directly from Quilton?
Unfortunately, Quilton does not sell its products directly to individual customers.
- What do the words ‘unscented’ and ‘hypo-allergenic’ mean?
When you read the words ‘unscented’ and ‘hypo-allergenic’ on one of our Facial or Toilet Tissue products it means it’s made without inks, dyes or perfumes to ensure the product is extra gentle to sensitive skin.
- Is there a recycled Quilton Toilet Tissue product?
Yes, Quilton Eco Ply Toilet Tissue. Cushioned between two ultra-soft outer layers is a unique middle layer made from 100% premium quality recycled paper.
- Is Quilton Toilet Tissue biodegradable?
Yes, Quilton Toilet Tissue is 100% biodegradable.
- What pack sizes does Quilton come in?
Quilton Toilet Tissue is available in 2, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, 18, 20, 24, and 30 packs, while Quilton Facial Tissue comes in packs of 95 and 110. Quilton and Quilton Tuffy Paper Towels are available in 2,3 and 4 packs.
- Is Quilton manufactured in Australia?
Quilton is proudly Australian owned, manufactured mainly in Sydney and Brisbane and provides jobs for over 600 of our fellow Australians.
- What kind of perfume is used on Quilton Toilet Tissue?
The perfume Quilton uses is called ‘powder fresh’, a light and refreshing scent similar to baby powder. As a precautionary measure, this perfume is added to the glue that binds together the paper core of the tissue roll, rather than on the tissue paper.
Quilton Unscented Toilet Tissue is also available.
- Why are patterns on Quilton Toilet Tissues printed beneath the outer layer of paper?
We only print patterns on the middle layer of our toilet tissue to ensure maximum hygiene and to decrease the likelihood of an allergic reaction to the dyes.
- Do you have any pocket-sized Facial Tissue packs or hand wipes?
You can find our Quilton Pocket Packs at your local petrol station/ convenience stores such as Seven Eleven, BP, etc. At this stage we do not have any Quilton Moist Wipes available out in the market.
- Is Quilton Facial Tissue box recyclable?
Yes, our Facial Tissue box is 100% recyclable. However, please remove the plastic window at the opening before recycling.
